I can show you how to streamline your time in the kitchen, so you can live your life! We are constantly bombarded by messages of what to eat and how to eat it, Raw Kale! Green Juice! Super Smoothies. But what if you don’t really know your way around your kitchen. That’s where I come in. I can teach you the difference between juices and smoothies, difference between a skillet and a sauté pan, and when to use them. And I can show you how to cook with healthy ingredients, that will still taste great and help you achieve your health goals!

5 session Cooking Program / 10 hours - Call for Pricing

Session 1 / 1 hour: 

  ♥ Goal setting.  Basic food/diet knowledge.  Pantry makeover.  Kitchen tools assessment.

Session 2 / 2 hours: 

  ♥ Shopping spree, introduce new ingredients and staples.  Unload/food prep.  Share healthy food information and structure.

Session 3 / 2 hours: 

  ♥ Cooking 101.  Knife skills, meal prep basics, mise en place, meal cooking – main dish and a side dish.  I cook, you assist.  Goal assessment.  Recipes given.

Session 4 / 2 hours: 

  ♥ Cooking 201 class.  Meal cooking – Main, side, snack.  Cooking together.  Goal assessment.  Recipes given. 

Session 5 / 3 hours: 

  ♥ Graduation Day:  You cook, I assist.  Full meal of appetizer or salad, main dish with side and dessert.  You sit with the family and I serve.

 

 2 ½ hour Cooking Party / min. 10 people / Call for Pricing

  • Basic nutrition info as relates to the menu which is customized by hostess.
  • Basic knife skills.
  • You cook together: appetizer, main dish with side, dessert
  • You sit down together to eat.

All recipes are given to take home

Hostess is free!  Great for a girl’s night in, or bridal shower!

*Can be done as a demonstration instead of all hands on.

We menu plan together, I shop, prep, cook, clean and leave you heating instructions and a refrigerator full of delicious food!

**All menus are customized to your tastes and dietary restrictions, including Kosher, Gluten Free, Paleo, Low Glycemic, Vegetarian, Vegan, etc. 

**Cost of food additional, I choose Organic ingredients whenever possible.
